If you do not feel comfortable speaking to your counselor about your concerns, or if you have decided you would definitely want a switch, then email info@telecbt.ca. We will then work with you to find a counselor who will better suit your needs.

TeleCBT provides video, talk and chat counseling. If you choose video counseling, you will require a computer or mobile device with a webcam. TeleCBT is available for iOS, Android, Windows and Mac. Talk counseling is available on any phone or mobile device.
